By accessing “AudioGL.com” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “AudioGL.com”, “https://www.audiogl.com/en”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “AudioGL.com”. These terms are subject to change over time. An AudioGL Account is a system which will maintain all of your online activity regarding the AudioGL Project. It will contain your licensing information, discount codes, and any instruments or patches that you submit to the project. You will also be granted access to the AudioGL forums, using the username that you provide for your account.
In the case that you purchase a licence for AudioGL, your AudioGL Account will not retain any sensitive financial information. All financial information will be directed through a third party payment service such as PayPal or WorldPay, both of which contain their own terms of service (which you should read).
When creating an account, you will be requested to share some personal information.
By accepting this agreement, you agree that you will provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You also agree that your account will be accessed by you, and by you only. You may not share your account with another
individual or group under any circumstances.
When selecting a username, please ensure that you do not select the name of a well known or respected artist. If you do so, we will request that you change your username.
We also reserve the right to change your username without your consent. If you would like to have your account verified for authenticity, please contact the webmaster.
Our forums are powered by phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”, “www.phpbb.com”, “phpBB Group”, “phpBB Teams”) which is a bulletin board solution released under the “General Public License” (hereinafter “GPL”) and can be downloaded from www.phpbb.com. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “AudioGL.com” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “AudioGL.com” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database.
